Nature’s Approved is wholly owned and operated by Assured Organics Inc.  Our offices are located in Hartsdale, NY and main warehouse in Connecticut.  

CEO and Owner Ken Lightburn started the business mostly selling bulk oils to other manufacturers through Assured Organics and Nature’s Approved is now a rapidly growing business and expanding brand.  Ken has vast knowledge about natural health and healing.  He is originally from Adelaide, Australia where he earned his degree in engineering, and after taking an MBA in New York, began and ran a fish farming business in the North of Australia where larval shrimp and fish health and survival depended on feeding them organic food similar in type to their normal diet, in a clean and insecticide free environment.  

His scientific approach, curiosity about and constant search for new natural and organic cures, and genuine concern for people with health concerns make him a well versed spokesperson for the organic industry.

I dared to try cooking one egg in the lemon coconut oil. Did not try TWO eggs as I thought I would have to throw it out. It was delicious. This Essential Lemon Oil is a different taste from lemon juice and from the zest.

I followed with a multitude of egg dishes with great success especially an omelet with fresh chopped chives from the garden.
